Refunds are applicable only for products priced above ₹4,000 within a 50 km radius (minimal shipping charges may apply beyond that). Products below ₹4,000 are eligible for exchange only. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and a return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Customized outfits, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, and COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
