At Nikhaar Fashions, we care about your satisfaction. While every product is quality-checked before dispatch, we also provide simple return and exchange options if required. Refunds are applicable only for products priced above ₹4,000 within a 50 km radius (minimal shipping charges may apply beyond that). Products below ₹4,000 are eligible for exchange only. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and a return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Customized outfits, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, and COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

All products are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Each order is shipped with proper packaging to ensure the outfit reaches you safely and in perfect condition. A tracking ID will be shared once the product is dispatched for your convenience.
