Refunds are applicable only for products priced above ₹4,000 within a 50 km radius (minimal shipping charges may apply beyond that). Products below ₹4,000 are eligible for exchange only. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and a return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Customized outfits, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, and COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

All products are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
